Our mission
To empower persons with disabilities and vulnerable populations through inclusive programs, advocacy, capacity building, and partnerships that promote social justice, economic independence, and community development.
Our goal
To enhance the quality of life and promote the full inclusion, participation, and empowerment of persons with disabilities and vulnerable communities through sustainable development initiatives and equal opportunity programs.
Our Story
How FIGA came to be
Foundation for Inclusive Growth and Ability (FIGA) was established out of a deep conviction that persons with disabilities and vulnerable communities in South Sudan deserve equal opportunities, dignity, and a voice in every decision that shapes their future.
Recognising the profound gaps in access to education, healthcare, and economic opportunities, our founders set out to build an organisation that would champion systemic change through advocacy, partnerships, and community-led empowerment.
“We believe that every individual regardless of ability has the right to learn, work, lead, and thrive in an inclusive and just society.”
